Nothing says love like Valentine\u2019s Day. Think roses, candlelight… and pegging? America\u2019s diverse sexual tastes were on full display this year. So, when our friends at Mashable<\/a> asked for some data leading up to the big day, we were happy to provide it! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our statisticians were curious what terms each state was searching for more often than\u00a0others. Needless to say, they found some variety in the results!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Some states leaned into the emotional side of sexuality, with New York literally searching \u201cemotional\u201d and Maryland searching for \u201cwedding.\u201d Wyoming was interested in the intimacy of \u201chugging\u201d and Ohio were all over \u201ccuddling.\u201d North Dakota was searching \u201cintimate\u201d and their neighbors, Minnesota, were searching \u201cpassionate.\u201d Last year\u2019s trend<\/a> of authenticity and respectful sex doesn\u2019t seem to be slowing down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other states leaned into kinky terms. On the west coast, they were feeling physical. Washington wanted \u201cspanking\u201d and Oregon wanted \u201cbdsm.\u201d Over in Colorado, they wanted to see \u201cpegging\u201d and Alaska was after some \u201cenema\u201d videos. In Louisianna, they couldn\u2019t get enough \u201cflogging.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Things don\u2019t always have to be complicated. In Missouri, they simply wanted \u201cwife\u201d and in Pennsylvania, \u201chusband.\u201d Taking it one step further, in New Mexico, they were searching \u201cgrandma\u201d and in New Hampshire, they liked \u201cgrandpa.\u201d You\u2019re never too old for a little loving. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vermont was less vanilla, as they searched for \u201cpee\u201d more than other states. In Indiana, they were sniffing around for \u201cqueef.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
